Refund Policy

Due to the highly personal nature of many of our products, we do not generally offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

There are times when refunds or replacements are possible, depending on the circumstances.  In all cases, send us an email at contactus@suchagoodvibe.com within 14 days to start the process.

• Items damaged in shipping:  Remember to include photos of the damaged packaging and damaged items.

• Wrong items were sent:  If we got the order wrong, we'll make it right at our expense.

• Mechanical or electronic defect:  Many of our sex toys are covered under manufacturer warrantees.  While we don't refund or replace sex toys, we can help you connect with those warrantee programs.

• Printing defect:  If there's something wrong with a printed item, we can work with the printer to get you a replacement at no expense.  Remember to include photos of the defective item.
